Steve Hailey
Steve is one of the co-founders of Armstrong-Hailey Insurance Company. A Fayetteville native, his father owned an architectural firm and his mother was a teacher and principal in the Fayetteville Public Schools. Prior to Armstrong-Hailey, Steve served as a Naval Officer in the capacity of Hospital Administration. He had oversight of the Bethesda Naval Hospital Presidential and Congressional Units for Medical Care where he assisted distinguished patients including the First and Second Families, U.S. Senators and Representatives, and several Presidential Cabinet Members. He moved back to Arkansas in 1999 and began his insurance career at a local independent agency. Steve holds MA and BA degrees. He has three children - Steven, Jason, and Andrew.
